Product description: Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for combination skin is clinically proven to normalise combination skin by moisturising dry areas while controlling shine in oily areas. The lightweight, non greasy formula's clinically proven oil-absorbing Microsponge system controls oil and shine in the T-zone for a natural, matte all day finish.
Product directions: Use 1 pump and apply all over face and neck. Use morning and night, alone or under make-up.
My thoughts: This moisturiser is very lightweight, making it a perfect base to apply makeup. It's also an ideal product for sensitive skin. The product claims to not clog pores, but after research I discovered that it does contain mild pore clogging ingredients which do not help with my oily skin. I loved how it quickly absorbed into my skin, however I didn't like how the formula felt as though I was applying sunscreen. The pump bottle is very convenient, although I found that I needed two pumps for a good and even application. This product didn't help my oily skin problems whatsoever. My skin stayed matte for only a couple of hours and after that I was left looking like an oil slick. That said, I have excessively oily skin which is very high maintenance. Product ingredients: Water, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Glycerin, Cyclotetrasiloxane, Stearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Ricinoleate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG 100 Stearate, Lysine Carboxymethyl Cysteinate, Methyl Methacrylate/Glycol Dimethacrylate Crosspolymer, Xanthan Gum, Silica, Tocopherol, Lysine Thiazolidine Carboxylate, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Benzalkonium Chloride.
The pros:

- lightweight, non greasy formula
- quickly absorbed
The cons:
- doesn't control oil production for those with excessively oily skin
- the formula feels like you are applying sunscreen
- it claims that it won't clog pores, but it contains low level pore clogging ingredients
Would I purchase this again?: Due to my excessively oily skin, I wouldn't buy this again. I've come to find other products that do a much better job at controlling oil and shine that leave my skin matte all day without the need for blotting paper.
