Glam Fest Christmas Manicure

Change of plans, guys. I’m going to publish the posts that I’ve been working so hard on for the last few months after Christmas. I did want to have them up well before Christmas but they have taken me much longer to write than I originally expected. (Thanks, brain fog!)

I was going to try and push myself to have one up today but I decided that I wanted to take my time finishing it to avoid unnecessary stress. Also, it’s about time I put up a Christmassy post or two.

So it’s Christmas manicure sharing time!


Forgive me for I have committed a manicure sin - I forgot to push my cuticles back. Ooops.

I am feeling quite festive with these nails.

I would have loved to have done a more fancy nail-arty design, but brain fog (of course!) and a need for extra pain meds just didn’t allow it. So I had to settle for something really simple, and this manicure is exactly that – just slap on a base colour, go crazy with a glitter top coat, and you’ve got yourself some sparkly party nails that are perfect for Christmas.

 

I applied 2 coats of ulta3 ‘glamourpuss’ followed by a few coats of Sally Hansen’s ‘Glam Fest’ from the Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear line.
